When I was in downtown Athens at the Kangaroo yarn shop, I saw this:
I thought it might be an I-cord maker, which I knew was something that you've wanted for forever, but I wasn't certain it really was one and I couldn't understand the shop lady's explanation. I bought it anyway (it wasn't very expensive in Euros). And, wow, it works great:
